Tóm tắt:
Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu này đánh giá tác động của trải nghiệm số (DX) lên lựa chọn nhà ở xanh (Choice) thông qua vai trò trung gian của sự tham gia nhận thức xanh (GCE).
Thiết kế nghiên cứu/phương pháp/tiếp cận: Nghiên cứu này sử dụng mô hình PLS-SEM để ước lượng mô hình cho 1.772 mẫu khảo sát người mua nhà ở xanh.
Kết quả nghiên cứu chính: DX đóng vai trò quan trọng đối với Choice nhờ có vai trò trung gian của GCE.
Giá trị đóng góp mới: Bài viết này đóng góp vào việc mở rộng lý thuyết tiêu dùng xanh tại các thị trường mới nổi bằng cách nghiên cứu vai trò của DX thông qua vai trò trung gian của GCE.

Abstract:
Purpose: This study investigates the impact of digital experiences on green housing choices through the mediating role of green cognitive engagement.
Design/methodology/approach: This research employs PLS-SEM to estimate our model for our survey of 1,772 green housing buyers.
Findings: The findings indicate that digital experiences play a significant role in green housing choices through the mediating role of green cognitive engagement.
Originality/value: This research contributes to the expansion of green consumption theory in emerging markets by examining the role of digital experiences through the mediating role of green cognitive engagement.
